Who We Are, What We Do, and Why We Do It.
Shape Your World Society Canada (SYWSC) is a Non-Profit Organization whose mission is to help women and their families. Since its inception “Shape Your World Society” has helped hundreds of women do exactly what the name suggests (Grow, Evolve, Empower); providing women with the tools to take charge and wrestle back more control over their lives by looking and feeling better about themselves. This enables them to become better people and face the world and their families with greater hope and confidence.
The goal is to empower and restore emotional confidence in women. And to educate and inspire their development with the sum total of our knowledge, experience, expertise and resources. The Shape Your World Society Board is run by a group of amazing women (volunteers, staff, past challengers and sponsors) who work tirelessly throughout the year to provide “Life Changing” Programs for women.

Total Makeover Challenge
This 12 Online Week Challenge is designed to draw out the warrior and help you fill that burning need of becoming a better version of yourself.
Seminars and Workshops
Through a series of interactive exercises and coaching we will help you discover your purpose in life, and by the end of this seminar you will have crafted a “Mission Statement” for your life. From there, learn how to put your mission out into the world.
Community Contributions
We Aim to Give Back and Look Forward
Community Contributions Shape Your World Society (SYWS) raises funds to both support the Total Makeover Challenge and other charities that advocate to helping women and their families.
Since 2009, SYWS has donated over $47,000 to other charities. Between 2009-2012, SYWS hosted an annual event called the Total Makeover Challenge 5km Run where $20,000 in pledge money was raised and 100% donated directly to Since 2009, SYWS has donated over $60,643.21 to other charities. Between 2009-2014, SYWS hosted an annual event called the Total Makeover Challenge 5km Run where a total of $34,145.21 in pledge money was raised and 100% donated directly to the Fraser Valley Regional Hospital Pediatric Ward – Children’s Comfort Fund. Between 2013-2018, 10% of all fundraising efforts from the Board of Shape Your World Society and the Total Makeover Challenge participants, have continued to donate additional $26,498.00. the Fraser Valley Regional Hospital Pediatric Ward – Children’s Comfort Fund.
